If blue whales are one of the oldest living creatures on this planet, then it’s safe to assume that we all evolved from an organism that looked like it, but much smaller. My belief being that a blue whale only gained its mass because it survived this long without any other predators attacking it. It just ate and ate until its size became huge. And we land-walkers think we’re kings now, but these whales could still survive even if the Earth was flooded over again. And isn’t it strange that most mammals have the same “star-like” structure: head, two arms, two legs? Are we really made of star stuff, Carl?
